Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 30 August 2026

DoodleByte Design Studio provides digital services. Nothing is physically shipped - every deliverable is handed over electronically. This page sets out exactly how and when delivery happens, including the minimum and maximum timelines for each type of project.

2. How services are delivered

Because we sell design and engineering work rather than physical products, there is no courier, no tracking number and no shipping fee. Everything is delivered over the internet, through the channels agreed in your proposal:

  • A live deployment, on a staging URL and then your production domain.
  • Source code, handed over through a Git repository in your own account.
  • Design files, shared from Figma or delivered as an export pack.
  • Written handover documentation, plus a live walkthrough session.
  • Account access - hosting, domain and any third-party services, all registered in your name.

3. Minimum and maximum timelines

Delivery time depends on what is being built. The table below gives the realistic minimum and maximum for each type of engagement, measured from the date the advance is received and all required content, access and approvals are available to us.

Type of projectMinimumMaximum
Single feature, fix or small change2 business days1 week
Landing page1 week2 weeks
Brand identity2 weeks4 weeks
Business website3 weeks6 weeks
Business automation2 weeks5 weeks
AI solution3 weeks6 weeks
E-commerce store6 weeks10 weeks
Mobile or web application8 weeks12 weeks

Your written proposal always states the specific timeline agreed for your project. Where the proposal and this page differ, the proposal applies.

4. Delivery is staged, not one drop

Work is handed over progressively against the milestones in your proposal - typically discovery, design, build, and launch - rather than arriving in a single delivery at the end. You see and approve work as it is produced, which is also what keeps the final handover free of surprises.

5. What can move a date

The timelines above assume we have what we need when we need it. The usual causes of delay are outside our control:

  • Content, brand assets, credentials or access not being supplied on time.
  • Feedback or approvals taking longer than the review windows in the proposal.
  • Changes to scope requested after a stage has been approved.
  • Third-party dependencies - app-store review, domain transfers, payment-gateway or API approvals.
  • Force majeure events genuinely beyond either party's control.

If a date is going to move, we tell you as soon as we know, with a revised date - we do not let deadlines pass quietly.

6. Order confirmation

When a payment is received, we confirm it by email to the address you provide, along with the invoice and the delivery schedule for that milestone. If you do not receive confirmation within one business day, contact doodlebyte.studio@gmail.com and we will resolve it.

7. After delivery

Where your proposal includes a post-launch defect-fix window, we correct genuine defects in our work free of charge during that period. Ongoing maintenance, hosting management and new features are quoted separately. Questions about a delivery go to doodlebyte.studio@gmail.com, answered within 1 business day.
