- Taxes. GST is added at the prevailing rate where applicable.
- Third-party costs - hosting, domains, paid APIs, licensed fonts, stock assets, app-store fees. Bought in your name or billed at cost.
- Ongoing maintenance and hosting management, quoted separately.
- New features requested after the agreed scope is approved.
How payment works

A share of the agreed total before work begins, set in your quote.
Milestones
The balance split across delivery milestones, invoiced as each completes.
Handover
The final instalment on delivery, when full ownership transfers to you.
